1. Definition
1.1. “Company” means SGVIP SERVICES PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore, or its brand SG VIP Escorts.
1.2. “User” means the client who engages SG VIP Escorts’ services.
1.3. “Services” means the social escort services provided by SG VIP Escorts to the User as set out on “www.SGVIPEscorts.com”.
1.4. “Terms and Conditions” means the Terms and Conditions that apply to the Services as set out on “www.SGVIPEscorts.com” and may be amended from time to time.
2. Charges
2.1. The prices set out in www.SGVIPEscorts.com are subject to change without prior notice.
2.1.1. The prices set out in www.SGVIPEscorts.com are in Singapore Dollars (“SGD”)
2.2. The User shall pay the Company $100 or $150 as advised by its agent via bank transfer to the Company’s corporate banking account to confirm the booking, and the remaining to the girl upon meet up, or when due, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
2.3. If the initial booking fee (“Deposit”) is not paid in full, the booking may not be deemed to be confirmed.
2.4. If the remainder of the booking fee and 100% of other charges (if applicable) is not paid prior to the Services, Services booked will not be provided.
2.5. In the event there is a non-payment of the remaining booking fee and 100% of other charges (if applicable) upon meeting the lady before the ordered Services start yet with no intention of cancelling the Services /rejecting the services by the User, the Company will reserve the rights to not refund the User in any way whatsoever, the services will not be provided and the Company will indefinitely suspend all future requests from that same User without prior warning and/or take legal action against the User with any legal costs whatsoever borne by the User.
2.5.1 In the event that the User breaks any of the Terms and Conditions, the Company will reserve the right to not refund any fees which is paid / payable to the Company by the User.
2.6. The engaged lady will transmit via SMS/Whatsapp or email to the Company upon meeting the User a notification message that the full remaining payment has been made before any Services will be provided.
2.7 The User understands and accepts that the Company only provides companionship via its Services, and all charges paid for are for the escort’s time and companionship only.
2.8 The User understands and accepts that the Company strictly does not sell sex or sexual services of any kind whatsoever under any circumstances, and that any fees paid to the Company is not for sex or sexual services of any kind whatsoever.
2.8.1 The User understands and accepts that he will not use Services to promote, solicit, or engage in prostitution.
2.9 The User has a 10 minutes grace period upon meeting the girl to decide if he wishes to continue the Services and date. In the event that the User wishes to reject or cancel the date, the User will be charged $100 or $150 as the escorts’ transportation fee (depending on the timing of the booking).
2.9.1 For bookings that end after 1130pm, an additional charge of $50 will be included in total charges.
3. User’s Obligations
3.1. The User understands and accepts that filming of video(s) or taking of photograph(s) of the model is strictly prohibited unless otherwise agreed upon by the Company and the User prior in written form.
3.2. The User understands and accepts that any free cancellations/rescheduling will only be entertained if the Company is informed via email or SMS/Whatsapp at least 24 hours or more before the Services’ timing.
3.3 The User understands and accepts that if any cancellation/rescheduling is made within 24 hours or less but before the start of the timing of the Services, cancellations/rescheduling will be subject to a penalty fee of $100 (+ $50 for bookings ending after 1130pm if applicable).
3.4 The User understands and accepts that if any cancellation/rescheduling is made within the 10 minutes grace period of meeting the lady, cancellations/rescheduling will be subject to a penalty fee of $100 (+ $50 for bookings ending after 1130pm if applicable).
3.5. The User understands and accepts that if any cancellation/rescheduling is made after the 10 minutes grace period of meeting the woman, the full fees will be payable and there will be no refunds whatsoever under any circumstances to the User.
3.5.1 The User understands and accepts that if his cancellations/rescheduling is deemed fraudulent by the Company, there will be no refunds of any fees and the Company reserves the full rights to block the User from engaging future Services.
3.6. The User shall ensure that the User’s name, age, nationality, as well as preferred time and escort chosen is provided accurately to the Company otherwise the Company shall reserve the rights to cancel the Services and/or not process a refund even if requested.
3.7 The User understands and accepts that he/she, at no point in time whatsoever, is allowed to directly deal with the escort with respect to the Services. The User will be permanently black listed and refused all Services and legal action(s) may be taken against the User if this situation arises.
3.8 The User understands and accepts that the Company strictly does not sell sex or sexual services of any kind whatsoever under any circumstances, and that any fees paid to the Company is not for sex or sexual services of any kind whatsoever.
3.9 The User understands and accepts that money exchanged is for companionship only and the Company is not liable for any deeds or consequences whatsoever as the result of anything that may occur other than that. The User shall hold the Company harmless and liability free for any kind of indiscretion or incidents which may arise from any private contact, interaction or arrangements between you and any of our escorts.
3.9.1 The User declares that he is 21 years of age or older at the time of booking our Services.
4. SG VIP Escorts’ Rights & Liability
4.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate, temporarily suspend, refuse or reject any Services in the event of defaulted or non payment of any due fees or charges without further notice. In the event payment recovery is seek through legal channel, all payments incurred shall be borne by the User.
4.2. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with:
4.2.1. The Company’s failure to perform any of its obligations hereunder as a consequence of circumstances outside its control including but not limited to the outbreak of war, any governmental act, explosion, accident, civil commotion, riot, industrial dispute, strike, lockout, stoppages or restraint of labour from whatever cause whether partial or general, weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any public or private road or highway or any other force majeure, fire, flood or any other acts of God;
4.2.2. Any acts or omissions of any party other than the Company;
4.2.3. Any loss of secrecy in communication arising from the use of the Services.
4.3 The Company reserves the right to reject or reschedule any Services requested for if the requested for escort is fully booked or is unable to make it during the requested for timing by informing the User prior to the start of the Services.
5. Personal Data and Privacy
5.1. The User agree that the Company can use his/her personal data (namely his/her name and contact number) as provided by him/her to the Company from time to time for the purpose of providing the Services.
5.2. The User agree that the Company is entitled to collect, use, keep and update his/her personal data to such extent, for and at such time period as may be necessary when the Company provides the Services to him/her, and the User confirm that the personal data so provided by him/her are true and correct and up to date.
5.3. The User further agree that the collection, use, storage and transfer of his/her personal data is generally subject to the Company’s privacy policy and personal information collection statement the latest version(s) thereof is at “www.SGVIPEscorts.com”, and the User acknowledge that the User have read and understood the same prior to agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
5.4 The User agree that in the event that the Singapore Police Force needs the User’s information for any reason whatsoever, the Company is entitled to cooperate with the police and provide the required information if necessary.
6. Miscellaneous
6.1. This Terms and Conditions shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
6.2. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, update, modify or amend any of the terms and conditions stated herein, from time to time, without any prior notice to the User and the User shall be bound to observe and comply with the terms and conditions herein and any amendments thereof. Further, it shall be the responsibility of the User to review the terms and conditions for any such changes, revisions, modifications or amendments and that his/her continued use of the Services constitutes his/her agreement to such updated terms and conditions.
6.3 If any section, paragraph, clause or provision of the above Terms and Conditions on this page https://www.sgvipescorts.com/terms-and-conditions/ is adjudged by a court, agency, or authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, all remaining parts of this Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect and the Company and the User shall be bound thereby so long as principle purposes of this Terms and Conditions remain enforceable.
